Yotel Singapore Orchard Road

Just stayed in a hotel with fantastic shopping & dining nearby. LOVED the covered walkway to the MRT. Service was outstanding! Would definitely choose again. Rooms were smaller than photos showed.

we had a wonderful stay at the Yotel. our room was always fresh and clean thanks to the housekeeping on floor 25. the location is perfect with easy access to transportation, shopping, and dining options. the staff were friendly and helpful, making our check-in and check-out process smooth. overall, a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

The Yotel Singapore Orchard Road offers a convenient location near the bustling Orchard Road, with comfortable beds and a clean room, although small in size. The hotel's staff are helpful and the on-site restaurant serves excellent food. The nearby landmarks such as Orchard Gateway and National Orchid Garden provide great opportunities for family bonding, complementing the relaxation offered by the outdoor swimming pool.

I chose this hotel for attending a team retreat because it provides Komyuniti for a place to work and play beyond my cabin. The staff was helpful and the location is great, near Orchard Road and the metro.

I missed having a dedicated business center with printing and scanning facilities for my work needs.

I chose Yotel for its convenient location near Orchard, and to my surprise, the state-of-the-art gym was a pleasant bonus. The individually pre-packaged items at the breakfast selection were a great start to the day, and the variety of flavors at Komyuniti was impressive.

Rooms are small for three.

The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. One improvement could be the room size and layout, which felt a bit cramped and could be more functional for longer stays or couples with luggage.

The local nosh at nearby joints like Komyuniti and Hua Yi Kitchen had my taste buds doing the cha-cha. Yotel's soup was nothing short of a glorious food tale. Those robot housekeepers? Legends. Cons: Housekeeping's on a siesta until day three—it's a slow burn. The A/C keeps it chill at 25 deg, making me sweat salsa moves. The digs are cozy, but everything else sparkled brighter than Marina Bay Sands. Cheers to more food capers and less aircon drama!

The highlight of my stay was the adjustable SmartBed™ in the room. It felt like sleeping on a cloud, and the seamless adjustment made it just right for a perfect night's sleep. It was like having a personal sleep concierge!

Soft bed caused discomfort.

During my transit stay at Yotel Singapore Orchard Road, I found the convenience of its location to be impeccable. Situated just 5 minutes' walk from Orchard and 4.1 km from Promenade MRT, getting around the city was a breeze. being 25 km from Changi made my journey to and from the airport hassle-free, allowing me to make the most of my time in Singapore.

While my overall experience at Yotel Singapore Orchard Road was pleasant, I did notice a small issue with the cleanliness of the room's toilet. There were a few stray strands of hair on the glass door, which could have been improved to elevate the hygiene standards of the accommodation.

yotel is so clean and close to the orchard station - super convenient! we found great halal food nearby at far east. the pool area was small - but my kids had a blast. the 10th-floor bar had amazing service and cocktails. and we loved the high-tech vibe - especially with the in-house robot assistants.

Can't recommend highly enough.

The location was top-notch, with Shaw super close by, making it a breeze to grab essentials and nosh at the cafes. The comfortable bed and the fluffy pillows made for some sweet Z's after a day out shopping on Orchard Road. Despite the rooms being a tad cozy and the occasional noise from the hall, the overall vibe and convenience of the hotel were spot on. 🛏️

Location, amenities, and service were superb. This place is conveniently located near town, just a short walk from the Orchard station. There are many restaurants, theaters, and shopping malls nearby. The swimming pool was lovely, and the room service was fantastic. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they provided good laundry and ironing facilities. The room was clean and comfortable, and the fridge was stocked with a free mini-bar.

Would strongly recommend this hotel to friends.

We had an amazing stay at this trendy hotel right in the heart of the city's business district. Conveniently located near the MRT station and Chinatown, it's easy to explore the area and find great food nearby. The view from the bathroom is breathtaking and the room was clean and comfortable. The pool was a great addition and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was a bit on the small side and we had trouble fitting two suitcases in without putting them in the bathroom.

They were well-organized and provided useful assistance throughout my stay. the restaurant on the 10th floor served excellent food and the waiters and waitresses worked very hard. It truly felt like being at home. I even rebooked a room for another stay because I was so satisfied with my experience.

You can easily access the MRT station, shops, malls, coffee shops, and restaurants within a few steps, making it super convenient for tourists or shopaholics. the staff here are very friendly and accommodating, making sure your stay is pleasant. the room was modern, clean, and comfortable, with a quirky touch of robot room service that adds a fun element to your experience.

One thing that could be improved is the room size, as they are on the smaller side. It might feel a bit cramped if you have a lot of luggage.

I keep coming back for the exceptional service. Staff found my lost wallet on my first stay! The place suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, fitness centre, and a bar. I always feel at home. Coming back for New Year!

The rooms at Yotel Singapore Orchard Road are incredible! The minimalist design and the king-size adjustable SmartBed™ make you feel like you're in a luxurious cocoon. The smart HDTVs with Chromecast are perfect for streaming your favorite shows after a long day of sightseeing.

I personally found the rain shower a bit too powerful, but some might love it.
